REFUND POLICY

We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Call (855) 703-4024 to obtain a refund.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered.

Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product is defective.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or requests refunds in bad faith.

To process your refund, please provide your name and delivery address. If you provide insufficient or incorrect information, your refund may be delayed.

Once approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be applied. Depending on your issuing bank it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.


RETURN POLICY

To obtain a refund, contact customer service by phone to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the product back within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are accepted for both opened and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include the original packaging and any remaining product.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours and credited back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank processing time, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
